Every Willa Willis piece is made just for you, shortly after your order is placed. For sustainability and environmental reasons, we do not accept returns. Please be confident in your selection before purchasing — this helps us reduce waste and honor our commitment to personalized service.
Order Issues
If your order arrives with a defect or an incorrect item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to offer store credit — and in select cases, a refund — to make things right.
Cancellations
Orders begin processing immediately and are made just for you. As a result, cancellations are not possible once your order is placed.
Refunds (When Applicable)
Refunds are only issued if your item is defective upon arrival. To request one, please contact us within 7 days with:
- Photos of the item (unworn, tags attached)
- Original packaging
- Order number and receipt
If approved, your refund will match the original purchase price (minus shipping).
